Return Policy

In accordance with current legislation in Spain (General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users), customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, with no need to justify their decision.

To do so, the customer must notify us in writing via our customer service email, indicating the order number and the items to be returned. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with intact packaging.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent in error. In such cases, we will assume the costs and arrange the return shipment.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Returns of customized, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive products (once unsealed) will not be accepted.
